We want everyone to be able to use this portal. It is built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA: it works with a keyboard, with screen readers, at 400% zoom and on a phone; every form field has a label; buttons are at least 44 pixels tall; colours have strong contrast in both light and dark themes.
