Portal terms

Draft for solicitor review. Our standard terms of business apply as well.

• An order request in this portal is a request, not a contract. Nothing is agreed, and nothing is charged, until we confirm it with you.
• Prices are shown before VAT. Prices marked "proposed" may change before we confirm.
• For project work we send a statement of work. Work starts once you accept it. Payment terms are 50% on order and 50% on delivery, unless the statement of work says otherwise.
• Changes to agreed work go through a change request. Nothing on your bill changes until we confirm the change and you accept the new version.
• Keep your password private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• Only upload files you have the right to share. We may remove files that break the law or put the service at risk.
• We set aside 5% of every sale for children's causes.
